What we collect
Almost nothing. This is a static information site: no accounts, no forms at launch, no advertising, and no cookies set by us. If we add measurement, it will be privacy-respecting, cookieless aggregate analytics (page counts, not people), and this policy will say so.
If you email hello@cumbriandentists.co.uk, we hold your message to deal with it and any follow-up, and nothing more. We don't add you to lists and we don't share your details.
Practice information
The register contains business information about dental practices — names, addresses, phone numbers, published services and NHS acceptance statuses — drawn from public sources (nhs.uk, practices' own websites) and our verification calls, each attributed and dated. Practices can correct or remove their listing by emailing the address above.
Your rights
UK GDPR rights (access, correction, erasure and the rest) apply to any personal data we hold — in practice, emails you have sent us. Ask via the same address. The publisher is Cascade UK.
